I feel like any suggestion I’d see on this site (especially if political) would just cement my political brainworms in a way I absolutely never want.
That said my tattoo is of the animal I named my Runescape character after in middle school. It genuinely means a lot to me and it’s cute as hell.

My only recommendation is this: if you get something with a deep personal or esoteric meaning, make sure you are willing to explain it over and over for the rest of your life every time someone asks you about it. I may or may not be speaking from bitter personal experience
