I understand what you mean, but takes like this sound a lot like “don’t ask for government-subsidised healthcare in your country without a communist revolution first, because that’s social fascism sweaty,” which is a very tiring take.
The UK wouldn’t be any less imperialist than it is now if they didn’t have the NHS.
