im gonna steal a comment from the post "Why is the british worker entitled to the fruits of labour from the worker in India? Iran? Pakistan? Nigeria?
Why should the jamaican care about how well a worker in the UK have, if the UK worker’s solidarity ends at the border?" :amerikkka: :ukkk: :anglo-burn: :aus-delenda-est: :germany-cool: :france-cool: .
“Socialism is when you share the spoils of imperialism with a labour aristocracy and the more spoils you share the socialister it becomes.”
I added that to the debate. I hope its helpful.
Socialism is when labor aristocrats in the imperial core get basic healthcare as crumbs from the billionaire class’s table.
Prime Minister Clement Atlee, who oversaw the implementation of this, also helped put down a communist and anti colonial revolution in Malaya
As the Argentinian that I am, I hate bri’ain with all my guts. Reformation of the USSR and invasion when? :anglo-burn: :soviet-bashful:
Having healthcare is imperialism, and the more healthcare you have the more imperialist it is.
nah, the comments are saying “healtcare is socialism, and we shouldnt ask were the money for the healtcare came from”
I understand what you mean, but takes like this sound a lot like “don’t ask for government-subsidised healthcare in your country without a communist revolution first, because that’s social fascism sweaty,” which is a very tiring take.
The UK wouldn’t be any less imperialist than it is now if they didn’t have the NHS.
