Would you leave the US if you had the opportunity to assuming you have a basic knowledge of the language/culture and a job to support yourself. Where would you go and why or why would you stay?

Nah, I’m with ya. I would stay for sure. Of course the US is a shithole, but I’ve always liked it here, despite it being a capitalist wasteland. I have a deep fondness for the rural Midwest. I’m also not rationing life saving medicine due to cost, which would almost definitely change my mind.
My entire community is here, and I don’t wanna just throw my hands up and give up. I dunno. Maybe the last vestiges of youthful idealism, but I wanna make things better.
