For me at least it isn’t that I’m “policing” what I watch, more that if I see something in it that leaves a bad taste in my mouth it makes it harder to enjoy. Classic Jontron is good enough that I don’t care that there’s a little voice in my head telling me that he’s an asshole, but modern Jontron is lame enough that it can’t drown out that voice and I have to switch it off.
Meat. I go with a flexitarian approach where I try to avoid it but it’s not a strict rule, and when I do indulge I tend to appreciate it a lot more than I used to and it feels like a delicacy.
I think the US military has cool shit and want to see new technology despite the fact that I also want the military budget to be cut a bit to pay for healthcare and infrastructure and shit and also just reduce the suffering we cause in other countries.
GIB M1A3 ABROOMZ. Also the F-35 can absolutely fly in the rain. It was a factory error that fucked with its shit. Still think it’s a bit of a waste of money considering we have fucking F-22’s that are still basically better than anything else. Even if Russia has slightly better shit than an F-22 their economy is so dogshit that they can’t produce more than like 20 of their best fighters anyway.
