Honestly, I don’t really care as long as their entire legacy is reduced to ash and all their descendants instinctively spit in disgust when their name comes up.

Also, I think the worst punishment you can deal to these people is to remove all semblance of power they have (imagine the pain someone like Obama would feel if suddently no one cared about what he has to say). In the case of old farts like Kissinger that ship has already sailed.
