How old are your employers? I work for a small business with small business tyrants for bosses. I’m closeted but I’ve been pushing the envelope with the dress code since I got hired.

Gotta admit when I hear about office workers workplace concerns its wild how different our lives are. Not trying to disparage office workers or anything. We definitely have more freedom in some respects on the jobsite, I’ve seen plenty of dudes with face tats (usually demo crew) and nobody bats an eye.
