Last time I was in Canada I got jerk fish poutine from β€œRed fish blue fish” in Victoria. Highly recommend if you eat fish, it was easily the best poutine I’ve ever graced myself with.

It’s better that way. Bake fries, add gravy, bake 5 min to reheat gravy, then add curds and broil for a minute.

I’ve had plenty of fancy poutine and most can’t cross this bar.
