Everyone has already posted my favorites, so I’ll throw Jean Sibelius out there, can’t remember exactly which piece but there’s one that he wrote to give the impression of the first snowfall of the winter and I remember really liking it when I heard it

Everyone loves 1812, but Tchaikovsky’s Slave March is an absolute banger. Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade is also incredible.
