I think it’s a matter of degrees.
My brother-in-law is a shameless MAGA loser. But he’s got a wife and kids who are genuinely good. He’s the family’s primary breadwinner. His politics suck, but sending him to jail would ruin the lives of his entire family. It would devastate my wife and father-in-law. And the kind of treatment he receives would be monstrous compared to the simple grudge I hold against him for having bad politics.
If he was the kind of person who deserved to go to jail, yeah, sure. Go for it. But if he’s just some loud-mouthed asshole, sticking him in a concrete hole for years… that’s not praxis. That’s nightmarish.
The entire federal government already takes every opportunity to fuck the left. We are not introducing a new idea to them. It happened yesterday, it is happening today, it will happen tomorrow regardless of who else they go after.
That fascist being reported loses their guns. They can no longer shoot you. If they buy another gun and are caught with it they go to prison for ages. They think blue lives matter and force that system onto the rest of us because they think it will only hurt minorities.
I don’t care if they’re arrested or shot on the spot. They choose to uphold pigs because they think it will only work to their benefit. They made their choice just as they chose to storm the capitol without a plan. “Snitching” against them means nothing when everything they support is a structure that exists to persecute you for their benefit, so my only complaint is that I can’t specifically request that the pigs Breonna Taylor them and maybe teach them that’s bad.
