Chaokoh was the best brand, too.
In flavor, price, and mouthfeel.
Cheaper than Thai Kitchen, and much better.

Right now, in my normal supermarkets, in place of actual cooking coconut milk in cans, there’s all these tetra-packs of brands I’ve either never seen, or know to be drinks. Same term, but not the same thing.
I guess they’re staying away from anything made in Thailand, just in case.
But I don’t know how to make a decent fucking curry with this watery shit.
