Hibiscus is awesome. It’s zero calories, tastes like juice, and cheap. You can add it to your own homemade low calorie kombucha and you’re in flavor town.

Have you tried strong red tea/other herbal teas? They have lots of weird tastes

Also drinking hot water helps a bit more (it feels more filling). Congrats on the gains

Herbal tea is my go-to for alcohol cravings, might work similarly for food.

There’s a near infinite variety as well.

Flavor isn’t “intense” like artificial flavoring though, but they can have strong flavors depending on what you’re putting in them
