It’s honestly ridiculous the number of failures this boat has had, just this year alone.

We need contactless EFTPOS, in that case.

A choice between swiping my card, swiping it again, wiping the crud off it, swiping a third time, fat fingering the pin, starting over, and finally succeeding in paying?

Or just plonking my wallet onto the pay wave machine? Yeah, I’ll take the most convenient option thanks.

Also, have some of these people ever had a conversation with an elderly person? Imagine trying to explain all that nonsense to someone like my mother.

We’re with my republic, gigabit down, 400 up.

They work, not much else to say really. Support were very responsive via chat the one time we had to contact them. A solid 12.

I wouldn’t mind if it was a few “bad apples”, but every single fucking one of them are here to start arguments, call people racist, and generally act in the most abrasive manner possible.
