i just hate the execution of lee daniels freestyle. if i can’t get the point of the song without an external piece of media informing me on the intent (just hearing the song, it feels like plain bigotry) then i believe it’s failed to communicate its ideas effectively

danny brown makes me lean toward LP! or veteran, both of those projects are very similar to danny’s style. if you need to choose, i’d describe LP! as being more sample based while veteran is much more schizoprenic. peggy and danny have worked together a bunch, peggy produced 3 tearz from uknowhatimsayin and they have a collab album coming out soon
