More seriously, LLMs are moderately useful when I have to write a blog post for work or an email to a new client. I give ChatGPT the gist and it spits out something somewhat plausible which I can edit into a coherent piece of text. It’s not automated and it’s not high quality but it saves me a bit of time. I’d never ask it questions or to write something I wasn’t going to fix myself - it lies and it exaggerates and it just gets too much shit wrong.
Image generators like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion are cool, but I don’t think they’re at the “artists are dead” phase that neck beards on the internet think they are.
We had a friend chicken business in town that was putting up cooker conspiracy posters and placards for the antivax party during the worst of covid, I stopped going there immediately. Who knows what kind of other shit they thought was government overreach, like wearing gloves while cooking my food or something. Yuck.

Every American president is a war criminal. Trump is no exception, he just happens to be an open asshole about it. It’s funny watching Libs get butthurt because instead of just bombing poor brown countries, he also insults them at the same time. Every single US president is going to hell if it exists.
The worst swear word in my second language is pōkokohua. It means boiled head. Your head is sacred, so turning it into poop is the worst thing you could do to someone. Basically take all their mana (authority, public standing, it’s hard to explain fully in English) and turn it into shit.
I mean this happened to me on a lesser scale. My grandfather was petite bourgeois levels of rich and a massive asshole to everyone. He was a role model for me, just an overwhelmingly negative one. I learned early that money and even small amounts of power can turn you into a removed.
