It’s a kids food. The peanut butter is good for them, and the jelly makes them eat it without complaining. Easy for Mom to prepare, packs easily into a lunchbox, doesn’t require refrigeration. Anyone older than 30 was basically raised on them.
Not any more though. Bring a PB&J to school and get suspended because you’ll send the kid with peanut allergies into seizures.
I got a 1000/6000 wet sharpening stone and all my problems went away. It’s a little chore to sharpen knives every so often, but it is so worth it. I like to put on a podcast in the background while I’m doing it. You get knives that work the way they’re supposed to, and it makes cooking a breeze. Works on crappy knives too (they just don’t hold an edge as long and you’ll have to sharpen more often).
The scene from The Wiz from inside Emerald City gets me every time. It screams 70s with every fiber of its being.
Need lots of space, and when you’re all done all you have is a model railroad setup. Plus you’re going to have contact with all the other people who are in to model railroading, and they tend to be picky nerds.
It was a while back but IIRC he’s part of an improv comedy troupe on another channel. He made up that shit about being in prison since 14 to get sympathy from gullible people. A commenter called him out and gave a link to the other channel and sure enough, it’s his voice. I guess it’s his way of internet fame? You can dig down in the comments if you like, the video is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9lHXKAuskg and there are a couple of others on After Prison Show, search for aps Bob
After Prison Show is great, the host is super entertaining and has a ton of great stories. Eventually he ran out of material and had to retire his million subscriber channel. Total respect for him for doing that though.
