In her mind I don’t think she believes she legitimately lost. She might be Russiagate’s truest believer.
To bow out gracefully is to admit defeat to herself. It’s the chud getting the vaccine, simply impossible. Like a 2D being comprehending three dimensional objects. Her reality would be shattered.

It’s so hard to tell because she was at the helm of all of our terrible foreign policy for so long, you would think she knows how the game is played. She’s the one who teed up Trump, she’s the one that ran with the Steele dossier and she was the one doing untoward things her whole career.
She’s at least one of this countries top five kayfabe artists.
