Gas is more expensive under Biden. It doesn’t really matter if it’s his fault or not. It doesn’t matter that it was cheaper under Trump who was a piece of shit. People just see higher gas prices and they’re mad. Especially the people who don’t know what a wojak is. Gas prices are demonstrably high and clearly hurting people. Yes, chuds take advantage of this and put stickers on gas pumps. But they’re not stupid for thinking gas prices are higher under Biden. They are. This is out side of the empire to control and will have negative effects on the imperial core. The global supply chain of oil based products is going through a massive shift and it’s leaving the west with not enough refinery power to absorb the loss of Russias huge petro product exports. This most likely would not have happened with out the Biden created Ukrainian war.
This is all biden’s fault. At the beginning of his term it was just global COVID supply constraints, and you could laugh at the chud stickers. Its now been made way worse by forcing Russia into a corner and making them invade Ukraine.
The articles are already coming but you will be hearing more about demand destruction in the coming weeks. Which is the economic term for people aren’t buying shit even fuel cuz it’s too high. This will lead to all sectors of the capitalist economy to see losses.

You know Amerika is a net producer of oil, right? Why do you think the Rethugs have been all about Iran and Venezeula sanctions? High oil prices will definitely help out oil industry profits in the short and intermediate term. Maybe long-term people down size their cars a bit and adjust their lifestyles - which is a, uh, net positive for humanity.
