I think my favorite bit is when reactionaries try and use leftwing language to justify their resentments; not that corporate lib appropriation of identity language isnt also hilariously gross. Like they don’t seem to understand that there is a power dyaminc involved in the argument. So saying something like “it’s nice to see diversity come to wakanda!” doesn’t work because it is ignoring the fundamental underlying power dynamics that the language is superficially trying to address. Like I doubt anyone here needs to see me say this, but it just always makes me laught/cry at how childishly literal and superficial reactionaries are as thinkers. Like you read their shit and have to think you are missing something, there must be some depth hidden here, but no its a fucking 1mm deep puddle a kilometer wide.
