Hey, what was the name of the VP in that administration? Joe something, Bowden? Beetown? Whatever happened to him, he still in any kind of position of influence in DC?

I mean you simply can’t attribute the actions or views of Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs to those of Victoria Nuland, Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs - let alone to Victoria Nuland, acting Deputy Secretary of State
