To be fair, I’d say breaking into the capitol building with the aim of overthrowing the government is a legitimate crime.

Some people need to be banned from flying forever though.
I was a plane with a man who threatened to open the door of the plane at 30k feet and had to be taken down by some college football players. He is on the no fly list I am sure.
