No one in the American South is allowed to think anything they do with food should be done by anyone.
I made a vegetarian bean chili and honestly it was just as good, if not better, than my family’s chili. Its all about the sauce.
I think that’s a Texan thing where they literally think chili should be 99% beef and 1% chilis and literally nothing else.
Dude seriously, watched a fucking YouTube video and this asshole just talked about how he adds spices in stages to his plain ass ground beef and tomato sauce and it’s somehow some competition level bullshit. lol. Fucking Texans are the dumbest things on the planet. I mean it looked worse than that Chicago bullshit where they just slap meat sauce on spaghetti with a pound of shredded cheese on top and call it chili. At least that shit has more than one actual food item in it. lol
This is the best fucking chili recipe ever it’s vegan and it beat out beef chilis at a texan competition (warning lots of beans)
