Like, a phrase that captures a life lesson that you’ve learned. Something that condenses the experience down into a phrase that you can use as a reminder, or maybe something you’ve shared with other people to help them.

For me, I’ve learned that you never realize that you’re living in happier times until they’re behind you.

I use to say “Death to liberalism” every morning after rolling out of bed onto the floor and just before getting ready to work a shitty part time job until I decided that it was dorky as all heck and stopped doing it

Find the path of least resistance.

If enduring something will be less effort and hassle than changing it, do that. If changing something will result in longer term saving of hassle, do that. Pick your battles basically
