German sportswear company Adidas, founded by Adolf Dassler and famously owned by Jews.
Just learned because of this that, ofc, Adidas does have a nazi past, too. Adi Dassler was a nazi and he and his brother (whi later founded Puma) built an anti-tank weapon, the Panzerschreck, for the nazis.
:stupidpol: “Hmmm I wonder if the rich capitalists are the bad guys…nah it’s must be da joooooos!”
Fucking moron nazis
What does “even a zoomer” mean in this context
It’s some millennial or gen x loser who thinks they’re in touch with the youth because they hated Kanye 15 years ago. They hated what other young people liked all that time ago so now they associate that with any youth. They haven’t moved on since then so the culture hasn’t either.
Plus it’s older nazis trying to convince themselves that the kids are alright.
Why does anyone take what this guy’s said seriously? He’s obviously mentally ill, in the span of a couple years he’s praised the Abraham Accords, invested 100K$ into anti-Israeli rap for his failed 2020 presidential bid, and gone full “jews control the world” in public.
the one kanye stan I met IRL was for employee orientation at my first job out of college
that one kanye stan was the most annoying little brat I’ve ever heard of
this literal child who loved Kanye also said his biggest pet peeve was when people didn’t use towels to wipe down the entire sink so it was dry after they washed their hands
he was dead serious
Why does anyone take what this guy’s said seriously?
I think Kanye’s pretty neatly burned through the bulk of his fan base by now. I’m sure there are some people who haven’t been paying attention and only got the meta-conversation about censorship. And I’m sure there are the regular trolls and weirdos who will latch on to any high profile reactionary with a martyrdom complex. But he’s a far cry from his celebrity peak.
He’s obviously mentally ill
He always was. But sort of like George Lucas going off the rails once he had full creative control, Kanye’s skyrocketing status has resulted in him being swamped by Yes-Men who exist to feed his own bloated ego. This is what happens when people see themselves as inherently superior to everyone around them. He’s living in his own little bubble of reality. And he’ll keep living in it until he runs out of money and it pops.
