I really do like this general thing about Star Wars

It’s almost believable that the world came before the characters, and isn’t just a backdrop for stories about specific characters. I guess the more they crank out, the more that becomes literally true as well.

So, maybe instead I should say that it feels like the work they’re doing now builds out the universe in a pretty natural way, even if, in isolation, the shows are driven by individual characters in a lot of ways

Or maybe I just like the general setting, I dunno
