This shit is always a giant grift. You’re playing $30/hr so someone else can be paid $5/hr for work that is almost never done correctly or even particularly well.
You could have paid a college freshman $30/hr for better work and better results by insourcing the job, but since you are also a fly-by-night company grifting your way up the chain, you don’t want to be stuck with an actual staff you actually have to manage.
The entire supply chain just becomes middle management networkers and grifters lowballing one another for a slice of passive income. Everyone doing the work or using the work product is fucked.

What’s frustrating is that the Chinese model shows that being the recipient of outsourcing can be a stepping stone to long term economic development but it takes a ton of carefully considered government regulation and discipline to stop the local compradors and the foreign companies from running off with all the profits.
Solidarity with all workers of the global south who are being failed by their shitty ruling class.
