It’s Always Sunny is still around, so no.
Always Sunny started earlier but still going sorta kinda strong, Utopia came on towards the end of Community and Rick & Morty is arguably even more provocative, insane and clever (or at least was for the first 2 seasons). Also Community rapidly declined after the 3rd season and even though it picked up again in season 6 it just never quite regained its original irreverent charm.
P.S.: since I’m already including animated comedy then The Tatami Galaxy, Space Dandy and Final Space should be on the list as well.
No ones seen it, but Future Man actually fucking rules.
What we do in the Shadows, I can rewatch it every few months and find it fucking hilarious…

What We Do in the Shadows started sort of slow, because the first episode or so is just imitating the movie. But it picks up pretty quick as it introduces new elements. Love Guillermo, poor guy.
It’s not the same as Community/It’s Always Sunny but I’d tip my hat to The Good Place as well
