I used to work in that company lower down and and none of those guys I worked with seemed like they were super politically well informed or active. I am sure there are chuds, it is a law adjacent field, but most people are just normal.

Football (soccer…) is probably the best place to start, there’s at least two explicitly anti-fascist FC team fan clubs e.x. PDX’s Timberland Army and MN United Against Fascism, as well as there being a history explicitly anti-fascist ultras throughout Europe.
