Doing unpleasant jobs as a group.

It seems like there’s some Asian countries were the kids in classrooms will be organized to clean up their class room.

When I was in the military, in communal barracks situations, we all would be brought in to do things like clean the hallways, bathrooms, common areas. Yeah, there where shit birds who found a way to skate by without helping but the majority did the work. An entire floor, hallway, steps, walls, and two large rest rooms and shows could be cleaned in an hour with nobody really doing too much work individually. The same would go with cleaning other common areas, groups would be rotated through similar dealing with similar needs. You’d spend one night doing a 24 hour shift sitting in front of a telephone and then wouldn’t have to do it again for months.

So, its not impossible, just needs a change in cultural mindsets.

I actually like delivery a lot. Keeps me moving, outside, jam to music and smoke bluntx all day

A simple solution in my mind is to hire more people for the boring jobs so that they have to work less hours. It’s a trade off a lot of people would make if it didn’t impact their income.
