he was not speaking in general or absolute terms
Well even if that was the case (which it isn’t obviously ) then it’s the fault of Biden only painting in broad strokes, that’s why people hate his guts.

Biden when talking about younger people’s struggles said in the following statement; “There are some known knowns, there are some know unknowns, and there are some unknown unknowns.”

Mixture.
What’s true: Joe Biden did specifically say this exact thing
What’s also true: This doesn’t make neolibs look very good so we’re going to fudge this entire thing so that we can say “mixture”
The air itself is pregnant with a coming chaos that will dwarf all other crises in human history and this dull pencil of a motherfucker thinks we’re being alarmist because white people reacted poorly to the civil rights act in the 1960s. Bold fucking play.
Did Joe Biden write that last sentence? I literally have no idea what it’s trying to say.
The whole “what’s false”? They’re arguing that because the context was he thinks kids have it easier now he’s too much of an old cunt to relate and care or something. Last sentence: “oh he doesn’t literally mean what he literally said”
Okay, so the issue is basically that the claim itself is a strawman. I’m not sure that I see any sunlight between “I have no empathy for young people” and “I think kids today have it easier” considering that kids do not, in fact, have it easier by any objective measure. Like, what possible argument could there be for life being harder for young people in the 60s?
My favorite part is the implication that Biden was involved in any way with the Civil Rights movement, when in fact he did nothing but go to lawyer school at the time
And then he proceeded to spend his entire political career trying to undo the civil rights movement.
