and now for the punchline: i met this idiot when she was a grad student working on her PhD in Political Science, which she completed probably 10+ years before the 2020 primary. so like all of her “analysis” (i.e. regurgitated talking points) was dripping with this “i am an expert” attitude.
this really drove home the notion that a lot of “experts” are imbeciles.

It really is astounding what a nosedive her influence took. Like, I haven’t read anything remotely interesting about her in MONTHS. Nobody cares about what she thinks enough to bother amplifying the message.

99% of elected officials are just narcissists in it for their own vanity, Warren falls into this camp. She doesn’t have an ideology or systemic critique of capitalism, she only sees a way to further her own career by nibbling at the edges.
She’s the embodiment of the Dem Party and the average Dem voter, projecting morality while devoid of any kind of moral compass.

Pete, Beto, and Kennedy are just worse versions of Warren. They didn’t even find a sliver of truth to debase like Warren, they just immediately triangulated from nothing. But you can’t triangulate without first pretending to stand for something to begin with.
