What’s the context about this pit
This isn’t a hypothetical, it’s a real phenomenon in Green parties across the world. E.g. in NDP they call the Greens “conservatives with a compost”. The environmentalism movement more broadly is split between those who care about conservation (more conservative) versus climate change (more progressive). Many environmentalists are also proponents of Green capitalism, others are eco-socialists.
Ban cape shit.
Elections are not about winning or losing. Labour didn’t “win” the 2005 election. They got a false majority government with only 35% of the vote. What Britain needs is proportional representation to end its pattern of never-ending abusive minority rule.
What a pathetic decline for what they promoted as the coup-de-grace for restoring “civility.”
Had a similar problem when I broke up with my ex, my phone would keep brutally highlighting her in memories/moment collages.
The UK got the vaccine earlier than most countries, that’s why the Conservatives are being rewarded. Most voters are apolitical.
