Should have went with Roddenberry’s design choices and just given them giant wangs with elaborate codpieces. Truly a man of vision. The only group he hated were the Irish.
Also the DS9 staff was mostly not there when the Ferengi were created in the first season of TNG, so I think it was damage control
that episode where the irish people take over a hanger bay and chase goats and drink is 10/10
