I’m a dude, but I grew up with little sisters and kind of am void of piggish tendencies due to that I think, I realize women aren’t objects at least. Kink is kink and sexuality is sexuality, but I would assume women want to be able to post photos without some nasty ass dude or neckbeard in the comments section commenting about how fat her ass or boobs are or how they would “hit it”. Or walk down the street without some dog trying to hit on her.

I just saw something like this happen on twitter unfortunately and ive seen it life as well from some of friends who I tell to their faces they’re being pigs.

Yeah there’s videos like that girl working out and the security guard trying to smell her ass sweat from behind her while she wasn’t paying attention. Men are pigs alot of the time towards women.

Uhh, I deal with it by not being a pig, and not choosing friends who are pigs.

Make friends with the shy unconfident dudes. There are many that will be weird incels but many are some of the sweetest, kindest people I’ve ever met

I also ended up trans so lol

Oh also, I’ve noticed the guys that really love sports mostly/purely for the physical challenge aspect and not the competitive aspect are really cool too (probably because they love destroying and pushing their body more than women). The super competitive guys are a coin flip in my experience

incels are a hate group

they are but they’re a pretty big one. I also think incels are badly named as it’s more an ideology about sex being the thing that grants men self value and manhood. I think it’s fair to lump them in with pick up artist ideology as well. I would argue that Andrew Tate is an incel despite the fact he has had sex

it’s a deeply toxic attitude that treats women as objects but also contextualises their refusal to sleep with you as them denying you personhood thus the logical end conclusion of the ideology is that women do not have a moral right to refuse to have sex with a man. Which is obviously horrific. Not just a dismissal of women but an active hate and resentment

Come now, words must have meanings. Literally not an incel. Call him some other name. What incels want to be, maybe?

I’ve seen people call it manosphere or redpill ideology. They definitely have the exact same mindset, they just differ in where they end up in the hierarchies they construct. MGTOWs fall into the same field as well, and there’s adjacent groups like femcels or transmaxxers that aren’t made up of men, but have internalized the same basic concepts about gender relations.

It’s admittedly hillarious to call Andrew Taint an incel. idk if i’d go as far as that, but he’s definitely more of an incel than some normal 30 year old virgin dude who doesn’t share their beliefs.

I know. I meant to avoid the ones that are incels and put it there as a warning that many will be incels haha

I wish someone had told me that incel shit was a red flag when I was in my late teens and twenties. Back in the day nerd shit was still very uncool and you could get socially ostracized or even beat up for it, so there was this culture where nerds covered for each other no matter what. Which lead to a lot of shitheads getting away with shit for a long time because they were part of the “us” in us against the world. I would have cut loose a lot of people if me from the future had beamed down and been like 'You don’t need to keep these shitheads around, you’ll be fine without them and they’re making your friends miserable".

as someone that identifies as “just a little guy” despite not being little at all, i think your point here has a lot of overlap with ✨ t h e a u t i s m ✨

If it’s online I usually don’t do much since it feels like pissing in the wind but I just call it out when I see it in person. Don’t have to be aggressive about it even, usually just like a “that’s weird, dude” can make people reevaluate.

Unless they’re actually just an asshole and actively misogynist, those people I just avoid.

My brother is like this sometimes and I’ve told him he can be a pig. There was a relatively attractive mom walking by pushing a stroller (she was probably in her early 30s) my brother yells “hey baby”. Basically told him to shut the fuck up and imagine if that was one of our sisters.

If you see another man make a comment that could be construed as piggish, call it out. Educate him and anyone else who may be present.

If the comment is deliberate, bully him. Insult him. Gang up on him. Use every available means to shame him, and to banish him from your space. And just before he’s gone, drink his tears.
